Ali Redman is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Sports Dietitian who also holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage with 7 years experience. Being a dietitian, massage therapist and sports player herself she understands the effectiveness of having the body in its best condition to perform well and how that differs from person to person.

As a dietitian Ali has been the leading provider of sports nutrition to the Central Coast Heart Netball Team and Mariners Academy. She has also done work with individual athletes involved in swimming, dance, ultra endurance and athletics across the Central Coast, including Australian high jumper Nicola McDermott.

Ali also has a strong clinical interest in weight loss and management, diabetes, heart disease, inflammatory bowel disease, allergies and intolerance, and those who generally want to improve their overall health. Supporting Bowel Cancer Australia is also something Ali is passionate about to raise awareness and funds for the cause over the past 2 years through Red Apple Day Breakfast for Bowel Cancer events.

As a massage therapist, Ali has an extensive knowledge of techniques including relaxation, sport, deep tissue and remedial massage. She has been heavily involved with various premier league football teams and has worked with various athletes including the Central Coast Mariners over her time at Coast Sport.

Outside of work, Ali has been involved in sport particularly football and touch football for the past 18 years representing at zone and state levels. She can also be found out surfing, paddle boarding, looking for new places to explore up and down the coast and spending time with her friends and family.
