One on one Strength and Conditioning
Our one on one strength and conditioning service begins with a comprehensive initial assessment to evaluate your current level of fitness and identify your goals. We then create a personalised training program tailored to your needs. Each session provides dedicated attention and guidance to ensure your workouts are effective and safe. Regular follow up sessions track your progress and make necessary adjustments to your program. This may look like a 6 week block of weekly supervised gym sessions.
Strength and Conditioning classes (4-6 people)
Our strength and conditioning classes are designed for 4-6 participants and offer individualised programming that is tailored to your specific goals. With supervision from our experienced practitioners you’ll receive personalised attention to help you build strength, improve endurance, and enhance your overall fitness in a supportive group setting. These classes offer guidance, encouragement and accountability for those who need more structure or motivation to their exercise regime.
Team Sports Group Sessions
Team sports sessions involve a group of athletes of 10-12 in our state of the art gym facility. Whether it’s pre season, during competition or off season training we can accommodate teams to perform high quality strength and conditioning sessions. These sessions aim at preventing injury, improving performance and building strong resilient athletes. All levels of sport and any age groups are welcome. Screenings and performance testing can also be arranged.
Coast Sport Gym Memberships
Join our gym membership program and take advantage of our state of the art facility during staffed hours. Whether you’re looking to complete your rehabilitation set by your physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Strength and Conditioning Coach or just looking to improve strength, enhance mobility or work on tailored fitness goals we are here to help. This option is for those who are independent and motivated to complete their own gym work, or complete their program prescribed by our practitioners.
Online Programming (new service)
We’re excited to introduce online S+C programming!
This service is aimed at those who already attend the gym regularly and have a higher level of gym experience. This includes a comprehensive initial assessment to assess your current level and identify your goals. From these results we formulate a 4-6 week program. A follow up session will go through this program with you to ensure you’re confident with the exercises. You can choose the frequency of sessions prescribed. This service includes exclusive access to a programming app called TeamBuildr which will allow you to track your weights and access your program in a user-friendly accessible way.
