
Les Landete
Les Landete is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Newcastle and a Master’s in Exercise Physiology from Charles Sturt University.
A proud Central Coast local, Les has spent over a decade in the health and fitness industry working as a Personal Trainer and Strength Coach before advancing into exercise physiology.
With a strong background in competitive sports and endurance training, Les has played and coached soccer for many years, giving him a deep understanding of athletic conditioning, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. He is also a passionate endurance athlete, having competed in Half Ironman events, marathons, and trail runs. When he’s not working with clients or training, you’ll find him surfing the Central Coast’s best waves or coaching his kids sports teams.
Les is passionate about helping people of all backgrounds move better, recover from injuries, and improve their performance.
Les has keen areas of interest that include:
- Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation – Supporting recovery from injuries.
- Strength & Conditioning – Developing performance-based programs for athletes and sporting teams.
- Chronic Disease Management – Using exercise to assist in managing conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and arthritis.
With a holistic, client-centred approach, Les combines his extensive experience in fitness and clinical rehabilitation to help individuals achieve their health, recovery, and performance goals.
