Jeremy Matthes

Physiotherapist

Jeremy is passionate about keeping people moving and helping them pursue their health or performance goals. Having sustained sporting injuries that required long-term rehab himself, Jeremy understands the role of physiotherapy in returning to athletes to sport.

Jeremy completed a Diploma in Outdoor Recreation before graduating from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. He spent his graduate year working at Calvary Mater Newcastle public hospital gaining experience in the acute setting before pursuing his interest in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation.

To compliment his clinical experience, he has worked with number of sports teams including Black Diamond AFL teams, the Sydney Swans First Nations Academy, Central Coast Crusaders NBL1 teams, Central Coast Rugby Union and the Central Coast Heart netball team. Jeremy is also an ASCA accredited strength and conditioning coach.

His interest areas include knee injuries, ankle injuries, shoulder injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation.
