  • Shoulder Rehabilitation: Restoring function and strength for overhead athletes and post-surgical patients.
  • Spinal Health: Management of chronic back and neck pain through targeted loading and postural correction.
  • Strength for Recovery: Utilising gym-based protocols to manage and improve long-term musculoskeletal injuries.

With a personal background in Dance, Elleisha has an innate understanding of the physical and psychological benefits of movement. She is a strong advocate for Female Health and Well-being, providing specialised programming for:

  • Female Athletes: Addressing the specific biomechanical needs of netballers, basketballers, and water polo players.
  • Dancers & Artistic Athletes: Improving mobility, strength, and injury resilience for the Central Coast dance community.
  • Holistic Wellness: Helping women of all capabilities utilise exercise to improve both physical health and mental clarity.

When she isn’t in the clinic at Erina or Tuggerah, Elleisha lives the active lifestyle she promotes. You’ll find her exploring the local Central Coast bushwalks, paddleboarding at our beautiful beaches, or training in the gym.
