Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to see an Allied Health professional before booking a class?
For classes, you will need to schedule an initial consultation with either a Physiotherapist or an Exercise Physiologist to assess your goals and suitability for the class. For the Bone Health class, your program will be updated every five weeks to ensure continual progression towards your goals.
I’ve never exercised before; is that okay?
Yes, definitely. You don’t need any prior exercise experience—just curiosity and excitement for starting something new. Your program will be tailored to your skill level, and during the class, we will demonstrate, explain, and provide modifications as needed.
What are the class times and prices?
All classes are $30 each; however, we offer discounts for purchasing multiple classes upfront.
